Overview
One of our clients is hiring a Project Manager with strong experience in electrical commercial construction to join our growing team in Jonesboro, AR. This role is key to ensuring electrical projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget—while maintaining top-tier quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and client requirements
- Collaborate with field teams, superintendents, and foremen to drive progress
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
- Maintain detailed project documentation and communication with stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5–7 years as a Project Manager in commercial electrical construction
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale electrical projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of commercial electrical project management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
Important Notes:
- Residential-only experience will not be considered
- Candidate must be local to Jonesboro, AR or willing to relocate
- Role is onsite/in-office, not remote
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,369.00 - $99,648.00 per year
