As a Commercial & Industrial Electrical Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, maintaining profitability, and ensuring seamless project execution. You will be the face of the company to our customers, serving as their go-to expert for electrical solutions. From estimating and planning to execution and closeout, you will oversee projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide innovative electrical solutions.
- Address project concerns with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Project Execution & Financial Performance
Lead and manage commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on schedule and within scope.Work closely with field teams to ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently.Develop manpower projections and coordinate field operations in collaboration with superintendents.Estimating, Bidding & Procurement
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates to secure new work.Source and procure materials, coordinating shipping and delivery to keep projects on track.Collaborate with subcontractors to secure pricing and manage scope of work.Project Documentation & Compliance
Develop schedules of values and track costs for accurate project billing.Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and O&M manuals.Work with corporate safety leadership to ensure compliance with all job site safety protocols.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Attend and lead project meetings, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and other trades.Provide regular project updates to leadership, maintaining transparency and accountability.Seek opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer service.What We’re Looking For
