Responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects in land use planning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare environmental documents and secure permits at federal, state, and local levels.
• Serve as the primary client contact, balancing technical expertise with project needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop strategies and ensure compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders and regulatory agencies to facilitate approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5 years of experience in environmental planning, permitting, or land use.
• Familiarity with GMA, SMA, and state/local regulations (Oregon land use laws a plus).
• Strong communication, project management, and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; GIS experience a plus.
• AICP certification or willingness to obtain is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,904.00 - $111,000.00 per year
