Responsibilities:
- Lead and support projects in land use planning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare environmental documents and secure permits at federal, state, and local levels.
- Serve as the primary client contact, balancing technical expertise with project needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop strategies and ensure compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders and regulatory agencies to facilitate approvals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in environmental planning, permitting, or land use.
- Familiarity with GMA, SMA, and state/local regulations (Oregon land use laws a plus).
- Strong communication, project management, and technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; GIS experience a plus.
- AICP certification or willingness to obtain is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,904.00 - $111,000.00 per year
