Job Summary :

Cornerstone Engineering is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead its Civil Engineering division. This supervisory role involves managing a team of engineers, executing diverse projects, and contributing to business development by fostering client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities :

Mentor and supervise junior engineers.

Plan schedules, assign tasks, and review deliverables.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Prepare technical studies and reports.

Drive business growth through client acquisition and retention.

Oversee project entitlements and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Requirements :

Experience : 10-15 years in Civil Engineering, with 5 years in land development project management.

Licensing : California PE license or ability to obtain it within a year.

Skills : Strong client management and business development acumen.

Software : AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
