LOC13052 1000 Boul Marie Victorin,Longueuil,Quebec,J4G 1A1,CanadaPratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) Digital Technologies (DT) is seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to support P&WC's Aftermarket Business. In this role, the incumbent will work in close partnership with stakeholders to develop and drive long-term strategic roadmaps that will deliver business results for the corporation. The chosen candidate will be a proven leader able to lead by empowerment and influence, a forward-thinker with a Enterprise-level mindset. They will be able to work with internal and external stakeholders across P&W, Raytheon Technologies (RTX) and industry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Works with business partners to develop long-term strategic roadmaps that enable new business capabilities to deliver on company objectives
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop ideas, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the business partner’s business unit and build positive relationships horizontally and vertically.
- Ensure business value realization and optimization, from value plans through consultancy, business case development, financial awareness, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Translate roadmap objectives into digital projects to prioritize and optimize technology investments
- Work with other BRMs to identify opportunities for synergy at Enterprise level
- Educate business partners about processes, roles, and capabilities.
- Establish communication processes and channels across business functions.
- Own the BRM’s functional operating and project/program budget, and perform accurate budgeting and forecasting across operations and projects or programs
- Supporting functions: Partner with enterprise architecture to develop and maintain multi-year Digital technical roadmaps that are aligned to business roadmaps
- Work with business transformation teams (change management) to ensure effective business transformation for all initiatives.
- Partner with the project/program/portfolio management organization (PMO) to ensure a healthy and well-managed initiative portfolio.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years prior experience in DT/Business Management field, or, an advanced degree and minimum 10 years’ experience in a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in similar function
