We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Manage and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with clerical tasks including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial recordkeeping and invoicing as needed.
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to read a ruler in millimeters
- Ability to cut a straight line on a cutting board
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
