EDI Business Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Winchester, VA (Hybrid – Onsite Several Days/Week)
Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire

We're partnering with a growing company in Winchester, VA looking for a hands-on EDI Business Analyst to join their IT team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys solving data puzzles, streamlining processes, and wants a path to a long-term role.
In this role, you’ll:
- Troubleshoot and resolve inbound/outbound EDI issues
- Edit raw EDI files using text editors (Notepad or similar)
- Test EDI maps and maintain test data
- Work closely with legacy EDI (AS/400 BPCS) and SAP Business One teams
- Document and evaluate business process workflows
What you bring:
- 2–3 years’ EDI or technical support experience
- Strong EDI standards knowledge (X12, EDIFACT, etc.)
- Comfortable with text file editing
- Analytical mindset and solid troubleshooting skills
- Bonus: basic SQL or scripting knowledge
⚠ Important: You must be local to or willing to regularly commute to Winchester, VA.
This is not a remote role – expect to be onsite a few days per week.
