Marketing & Brand Engagement
- Manage internal & external communications to drive engagement (email, website, social media, and videos)
- Support trade conferences by managing event logistics, lead generation, and follow-ups
- Design and refine PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
- Track new marketing ideas and work with teams to bring them to life
Account Management & Client Support
- Coordinate candidate deployments, scheduling, and documentation
- Communicate with direct clients to gather project requirements
- Maintain account intelligence in Salesforce - track client activity, nurture leads, and identify prospects
- Research industry trends, IT conferences, and emerging business opportunities
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams)
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to industry conferences as needed
