What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Commerce Cloud Analyst position at GlobalSource IT?
We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support two critical projects. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, facilitate development, and deliver enhancements to the SAP Commerce Cloud platform.
Projects
Automating the returns process for B2B operations
Enhancing B2C website UX, including BOM product integration and subscription bundles
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and build functional design specifications
Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and developers to deliver solutions
Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to manage projects in Agile sprints
Work with SAP Commerce Cloud’s front-end (storefronts) and back-end tools (SmartEdit, Backoffice)
Coordinate integrations with external systems, including Salesforce and other enterprise platforms
Qualifications
At least two years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, including product catalogs, pricing, and storefronts
Familiarity with SmartEdit, Backoffice (both required) and HAC (preferred)
Strong analysis and facilitation skills to support requirements gathering and sprint grooming sessions
Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and two-week sprint cycles
Ability to collaborate across teams and systems to ensure successful integration
