Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to lead Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud optimization and expansion projects. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, managing sprints, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to drive system enhancements that align with business strategy. This position also includes leadership responsibilities, overseeing a team of Salesforce professionals to execute key initiatives effectively.
Essential Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Documentation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to understand business processes and strategy.
- Gather and document system and process requirements through meetings, workshops, site visits, and job shadowing.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on Salesforce business processes.
Stakeholder & Requirement Management:
- Act as a liaison between internal/external customers and technical teams.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, breaking down high-level requirements and distinguishing user requests from underlying business needs.
- Drive and prioritize requirements, manage backlog, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
Sprint & Process Management:
- Oversee sprint scope, planning, and workload.
- Analyze and document current and future business process models, high-level requirements, and detailed functional specifications.
- Ensure effective communication with developers and extended teams.
Collaboration & Integration:
- Collaborate with Salesforce technical teams and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration.
- Understand interactions between Salesforce and other business systems, such as SAP.
Leadership & Advisory Support:
- Lead a team of onshore and offshore Salesforce business analysts, admins, and architects, providing clear priorities and supporting team development.
- Provide strategic advice on business requirements and solution options.
- Support incident and enhancement request completion while keeping users updated on status.
- Administer system maintenance and configuration, including user setup, roles, profiles, security, permissions, workflows, and validation rules.
Training & Technology Evaluation:
- Facilitate testing and rollout of new Salesforce functionalities.
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend technologies to support business growth and strategic direction.
- Perform evaluations and execute new functionality rollouts with each Salesforce release.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 5 years of business analyst experience with a global organization.
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce setup, configuration, and implementation.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience conducting business requirements workshops and leading process discussions.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
