Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires a strong understanding of IT support and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Respond to IT support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issue our users encounter
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support and desktop support roles
- Strong technical support and software troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer networking
- Familiarity with VPN, TCP, SCCM, and GPO
- Experience with Mac OS and computer management
- Ability to effectively resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
