Job Description (summary)
- Full-cycle accounting, focusing on accounts payable
- Processing and verifying invoices,
- Ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Maintaining accurate and complete records
- Reconciling accounts
- Documenting and checking all payments
- Generating and analyzing reports
- Analyzing discrepancy report to identify and resolve issues
- Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implementing procedures to prevent errors and missed payments
- Assisting in the month-end closing process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- QuickBooks and Business Central basic knowledge

Requirements:
- Immediate availability
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field, required
