We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our lot while providing exceptional guest services. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to drive various vehicles, ensuring a positive experience for all customers visiting our lot.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing excellent guest services.
- Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including washing vehicles when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movement and customer needs.
- Assist in managing inventory of vehicles on the lot, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Support valet parking operations as needed, demonstrating hospitality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various types of vehicles.
- Familiarity with retail math is a plus for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in a dealership environment or valet parking is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
