POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for organizing, coordinating and maintaining Globe and Varimixer marketing materials, events and campaigns, as well as offering support to the sales team and assisting with strategic marketing functions.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in coordinating Globe and Varimixer training events, both virtual and in-person, including hotels, restaurants, team building, takeaways and transportation (when applicable) – includes set-up and tear down
- Create and distribute training surveys and quizzes to training attendees
- Assist with creating and updating marketing literature, training documents, sales presentations, etc. using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with email campaigns, lead generation tools and database maintenance in HubSpot
- Assist with photo and video planning, shoots, food/product staging and on-screen talent
- Assist product development testing & research
- Communicate marketing information, new product releases, pricing changes and other information to appropriate audiences through email marketing
- Maintain marketing contact lists and literature inventory
- Fulfill literature requests and image requests
- Assist in copywriting and blog creation
- Audit competitor websites for new product introductions and provide data to RSMs
- Coordinate trade show attendance, attendee lodging, etc.
- Proofread marketing literature, dealer catalog pages, dealer advertising, product manuals and other related documents
- Assist in social media content creation, paid advertising and profile management
- Maintain AutoQuotes, competitor pricing repositories and marketing content repositories, updating regularly
- Track and catalog Globe and Varimixer market exposure in advertising media
- Coordinate food/beverage for in-house sales meetings
- Other duties as assigned by Marketing Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in Marketing or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience of 2 to 3 years of direct work experience in an office or administrative restaurant industry role.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong organization skills with high level of attention to detail
- Able to learn quickly and adapt
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Experience with customer relationship management software
