Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Customer Support : Assist customers post-sale with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and other needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Reporting : Track sales activities, outcomes, and client feedback, and report on performance regularly to management
- Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with the sales team and management to help develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations : Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to clients’ requirements.
