As a Remote Assistance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in securing the coverage that protects their loved ones and legacies, all while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
- Make daily calls to warm leads from our extensive membership database
- Assess members' financial needs and explain the benefits of supplemental insurance products
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high retention rates
- Support members throughout the application process, addressing questions and providing timely updates
- Assist members after policy placement, including policy reviews and claims support
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in life insurance sales
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computers with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Competitive and results-oriented
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Coachable with the ability to implement feedback
