Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of parts, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the production process.
Duties
- Operate CNC machinery, including lathes and milling machines, to fabricate parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Assemble components as needed, ensuring all parts fit together correctly.
- Utilize tooling effectively to achieve desired outcomes in machining processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents.
- Experience with quality control processes and standards.
- Familiarity with tooling used in machining operations.
- Ability to operate forklifts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
