Summary
As a Legal Assistant/Secretary specializing in Estate Planning, you will support attorneys in managing wills, trusts, and estate law matters. Your role will involve legal administrative tasks, including document review, legal research, and case management. You will be expected to demonstrate strong writing and organizational skills while maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues. Your expertise in Microsoft Office and familiarity with estate planning will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our law office and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Requirement:
Least 5 years of minimum experience in estate planning, probate and trust administrations for complex estates and trusts. Proficiency with Office 365, probate court filings and rules and the ability to prioritize workloads, a positive attitude and detail oriented are desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
