Property Manager

Job Description:

The Property Manager will be responsible for:

· Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and managing the delivery of services across maintenance, enhancement / construction, irrigation, and snow divisions

· Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-end residential customers

· Conducting regular site visits to ensure services meet or exceed expectations

· Identifying and proposing enhancement or upgrade opportunities to clients

· Collaborating with internal teams to schedule services, track progress in Aspire, and ensure consistent communication

Additional Responsibilities:

· Resolve client concerns quickly and effectively while coordinating with operations and field teams

· Identify opportunities for additional services and prepare proposals

· Monitor schedules and job progress in Aspire, ensuring timely and efficient execution of contracted work

· Collaborate with division leads to align staffing and resources with property needs

· Participate in budgeting, planning, and forecasting for client properties

· Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

· 3 years of experience in client-facing roles within the landscaping, property management, hospitality industry

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to manage high-end client relationships

· Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

· Familiarity with landscaping practices, plant material, and seasonal maintenance needs

· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple properties simultaneously

· Sales or account management background is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
