We are seeking a highly talented and engaged CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER to join our Civil team.

In this role, you will:

• Provide project management of Civil Design projects
• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Provide mentoring in key management qualities such as knowledge of contracts, schedule, and cost management.
• Make technical decisions based on industry code interpretation as well as client, and industry standard practices
• Interpret and understand project controls including scheduling, budgeting, cost control, QA/QC, risk analysis and document control.
• Work within a project team environment and coordinate work with other project disciplines
• Deliver complete, accurate, and coordinated project design assignments within time and budget parameters
• Work independently, but also in a team environment
• Effectively communicate design options to a diverse group

We are looking for someone who has:

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
• Illinois P.E. License
• At least 15 years of relevant Civil Design experience, including managing projects
• AutoCAD and MicroStation proficiency
• Experience with Phase I and II projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
