Position Summary :
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing IT projects using Waterfall and Scrum methodologies and will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to align project objectives with business goals.
Essential Functions :
Develop comprehensive project plans using Waterfall methodology, ensuring all phases from initiation to closure are well-defined and executed
Lead Agile teams using Scrum framework, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to align project objectives with business goals
Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to management and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner leveraging project reports, dashboards, and KPIs / OKRs
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder reviews to gather requirements and feedback.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize business impact.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Ensure post project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree
5 years of experience managing IT projects using Waterfall and Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches
Proven experience in managing software development, infrastructure, and IT transformation projects
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Asana
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
