Our client, a leading private equity firm, is in search of an Executive Assistant to support 2 senior team members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-7 years’ administrative experience, be poise, proactive and have a great attitude.

LOCATION: New York, NY
HOURS: 9:00am - 6:00pm
OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: This role is in office 5 days a week
COMPENSATION: $110-150k (DOE) 100% covered benefits discretionary bonus other great perks
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED: Preferred
Responsibilities of the EA:
-Provide administrative support and represent internally & externally to key parties
-Manage travel; create detailed itineraries
-Manage busy calendars; coordinate appointments/meetings and supporting details
-Review incoming mail and e-mail; respond to correspondence, inquiries and invitations as required
-Keep Executives up to date by headlining the top issues and providing general information about less critical topics
-Know what's happening around you, understanding how all the pieces fit together, when to take action, while being sensitive to others' needs, work with a consistent sense of urgency
Requirements of the EA:
-A minimum of 1-6 years of administrative experience is required.
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Positive, can-do attitude; collaborative in team environment; demonstrates flexibility to the evolving needs of Partners
-A strong work ethic, polished/poised, proactive and customer service oriented; highly reliable, responsible, and responsive
-Discretion and confidentiality are extremely important
-Ability to learn quickly, work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
-Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
