What are the responsibilities and job description for the Funds Management Associate position at Glocap?
Registered Investment Advisor seeks Fund Management Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a high degree of understanding of the firm's Funds and investment structures
- Setup of new investment vehicles
- Review of monthly financial information including NAV packages, investor capital account reporting, incentive calculations, expense allocations and valuation/pricing
- Assist with issuance of monthly performance estimates for Funds
- Liaise with team members, administrators, auditors, legal and accounting professionals
- Prepare information for various regulatory filings
- Communicate with new and existing investors: respond to requests, send performance reports, statements, funding notices, and tax reporting
- Assist with preparation of year-end financial statements and facilitation of the fund audit process
- Assist in processing investors' subscriptions & redemptions to/from the Funds
- Prepare underlying manager subscription documents
- Complete related projects and support ad hoc requests as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- Familiar with Alternative Investments
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic track record
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Detail oriented, accurate and thorough
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Collaborative and a team player
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
