Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead their marketing team and drive the brand's growth. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals. This role involves leading a talented team of marketing professionals and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand message is consistent, compelling, and effectively communicated to the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer retention.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve their best performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with the sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (10 years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successfully leading marketing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
- Experience in the blockchain or fintech industry is a plus.
