Position: Regional Director

Experience Required:
IT Sales (10-15 Years):
- Extensive experience in outside sales within the IT sector (e.g., Database, Networking, Big Data).
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in expanding and managing sales territories.
- Strong track record of building long-term relationships with key accounts and contacts.
- Proficient in demonstrating value and engaging with C-level executives.
Management (4-6 Years):
- Proven history of driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong forecasting skills with a record of accurate revenue predictions.
- Effective resource management to achieve revenue goals.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong territory planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate opportunities and challenges internally.
