The Promotions Manager/Data Operation is responsible for the development of strategic digital campaigns to help drive awareness, leads and sales to include direct marketing, social media and paid advertising campaigns. The Promotions Manager is responsible for supporting the value proposition messaging and communications for Glory’s vertical markets. This role creates programs to ensure the Glory value proposition is understood and communicated to targeted audiences. Additionally, this role will ensure that those messages are converted into leads and track those results through the revenue cycle to ensure a strong ROI on the marketing spend.
Key Responsibilities
You will Accomplish all this by
- Coordinate lead generation activities with marketing staff to increase the quantity and the quality of lead from identification to qualification to the sales funnel.
o Focused on operational planning and execution of lead generation campaigns, management of project plan, calendar and coordination of output from team members.
- Plan and create campaigns in Eloqua start-to-finish with attention to detail for data segmentation, email creation and metadata tagging, nurture track creation and automation flows. This includes Eloqua asset creation, new demand generation mechanisms within all digital tools, campaign set-up/execution, measurement, refinement.
- Plan, create and execute social media campaigns and posts for the North America region; integrating Glory’s brand standards with ongoing campaign cadences and supporting events, customer targeting and sales. Partner with product management and sales leadership to ensure a seamless transition and maximum impact from demand generation activities to sales opportunities.
- Communicate campaign strategy, creative and execution with key stakeholders; integrate with field and inside sales efforts to target the entire marketing funnel, and key sales stages.
- Research, create and manage target campaign lists using internal tools – ZoomInfo, OSC and Eloqua; augmented data and purchased lists when available.
- Research, analyze and report on data-driven marketing efforts to show granularity on performance by segment, by list, by persona, by creative, by channel. Develop and report promotional metrics (Eloqua, social, website, links to OCS lead conversions, deal creation and won/loss).
- Ensure effective management promotional activities for trade shows, conferences, and partners; work closely with corporate marketing communications department for execution of marketing strategy, customer events and trade shows.
- Measure the effectiveness of promotional activities monthly, charting funnel movement, effectiveness and the accompanying changes in campaign strategy.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What you bring to this role
- Eloqua and Oracle Sales Cloud Experience
- Project management and campaign management skills; knowledge of project management and tracking tools such as Monday.com, Trello or Asana
- Experience researching, creating and segmenting prospect lists
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that build an opportunity pipeline and drive sales
- Strong experience creating and leading digital marketing programs. Web, email, social and others
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable leading teams and filling gaps
- Experience working with and managing agency partner relationships
- Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Word, Adobe, HTML, marketing automation, CMS tools and other digital platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications is required.
- MBA or MA in Integrated Marketing Communications a plus
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a B2B marketing role
- Experience building and reporting on promotional operations and segmented campaigns
- Experience with data research, filtering, reporting and management
