Your Contributions to the Team:

GloryBee is seeking a "new bee" to join our Finance team, in support of our growing business and system solution needs. As a Business Analytics Specialist, you'll implement process improvements and automations, partner with team members and internal customers, troubleshoot system issues, and execute various projects. The ideal candidate will have solid SQL or database experience; work within a manufacturing setting is also helpful, but not required. This role is located in Eugene, Oregon. The typical work week for this full-time salaried position, is Monday - Friday, with some schedule flexibility and occasional extended hours, depending on business needs. Typical job duties may include:
Facilitates Opportunities to Improve Supply Chain Through Analysis and Reporting
- Leads all CRM Sales Tracking and functional analysis for Account Managers and Business Development Managers. Provides prospect win/loss analyses to identify opportunities from quotes/bids
- Collaborates with Integrated Business Management (IBP) to develop best practices for Data Sharing, product trends, inventory management performance initiatives, and Mail Chimp marketing email initiatives in conjunction with product management. Analyzes sales trends, inventory performance and operational efficiencies to improve demand forecasting accuracy.
- Identifies opportunities for growth through sales analysis combined with knowledge of market trends and customer demands; provides leadership with analysis and recommendations of prospective online accounts.
- Performs analytic requests by department and executive team: Manages Sales dashboard to identify trends and opportunities. Assists Finance in developing sales budgets for fiscal year and future growth and forecast trend analytics. Analyzes, maintains, and generates reports that indicate ROIs on promotions, sales initiatives, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Maintains customer classifications in X3; collaborates with sales team to improve proficiency in CRM entry; partners with IT to review and revise reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyzes and develops yearly sales forecast in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Contract Management. Partners with Sales Manager and Executive leadership to create annual sales projections and monitor projections to actuals.
Facilitates opportunities through Pricing Analysis and margin improvement.
- Analyzes sales data for price effectiveness and partners with key stakeholders to identify and/or recommend focus items
- Manages and executes the management of the CRM platform and sales performance metrics.
- Provides data to monitor pricing management to increase sales and/or profit margin.
- Leads data capturing and ROI analytics, including Amazon, Walmart.com, Costco.com, etc. Partners with Pricing Management and Marketing to establish web pricing, promotions and to audit item accuracies
- Partners with our Contract Management team to create efficient forms & spreadsheets-creates efficiencies for contracting team by enhancing our Contract Module.
What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis
- Understanding of financials including profit and loss impact of sales decisions
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint; prior experience with MRP/ERP, SAP, and/or CRM highly desired
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience - highly preferred
- Power BI report creation
- Intermediate skill level in Excel to include usage of compound formulas, functions (COUNT, IF, LOOKUP), full command of data tools, outline measures, and creation/maintenance of PIVOT tables and charts
- Demonstrated experience using analytics and technology to drive solutions and process improvements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data entry
- High degree of organization, prioritization, and self-direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, free of accidents and incidents
- Ability to work flexibly and shift priorities when needed
