About the Role

​As a Senior  Product Manager on the Growth Team, you will focus on attracting and engaging customers to discover all that GlossGenius offers. You’ll own the strategy and execution of growth opportunities together with your Design and Engineering counterpart—from activation and retention to monetization. You’ll spearhead 0-to-1 product innovation, paving the way for new growth initiatives that will shape the next chapter of our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to craft a diverse set of creative solutions to complex product problems by working with our design, engineering, and marketing team in the Growth area.  

ou must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

hat You’ll Do

• efine the product vision and strategy for our Growth product, setting priorities for key features and initiatives

• ead growth initiatives that span the user journey—from acquisition and activation to retention and upselling—leveraging data to uncover high-impact opportunities

• rive cross-functional collaboration, working with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution
U
• tilize data to inform decisions, championing both qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate quickly and deliver products that resonate with our users
I
• nnovate and experiment by championing 0-to-1 initiatives that explore new business opportunities and challenge the status quo

• rack and optimize performance, using KPIs to evaluate product success and make informed decisions that accelerate growth

hat We’re Looking For

• years of experience in product-related roles

• roven experience in a product-centric growth environment driving adoption across large product initiatives

• data-driven approach to product management, comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making

• xcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and align teams around a shared vision

he starting base salary for this role in New York and California is between $170,000-$200,000 target equity benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
