The Senior Director of Product Operations who will be successful in this role has an entrepreneurial spirit and will be responsible for elevating the integrity, efficiency and efficacy of product related functions within the supply chain and operations organization. Those functions include Program Management of Product Development, Sourcing and Quality and Technical Development. In this product operations leadership role, you will leverage your sourcing, product / packaging development, project management, and product quality expertise to create strategies, lead and develop the team, and influence cross-functional partners to ensure operational excellence and exceptional execution are achieved on a consistent basis. This structure levels up the leadership with a focus on Product Integrity allowing us to organically reset expectations within key functional areas with a laser focused commitment to Product Excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of currently 2 Directors with 8 direct reports between them, processes and budget with expectations for delivering both short and long term priorities and plans. The right person for this role is a results driven yet compassionate leader with the proven ability to successfully motivate, mentor and develop a team to represent Operational Excellence across the Glossier brand. You will work closely with our internal product partners to lead and develop a first-class product operations team that supports Glossier's growth and expansion, both domestically and internationally. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations.

Salary : $165,000 - $215,000
