- Collaborate with event planners and clients to ensure that all event details are understood and executed according to their specifications
- Monitor the quality of food and beverage service, ensuring that it meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner
