This position will develop management framework and follow-up user acceptance testing, maintain automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures, and create proposal, process flow charts, training materials, and deliver training.

Responsibilities
- Primary
- Ability to solve problems by identifying issues and deriving improvement plans
- Ability to coordinate with planning team to deliver business process enhancement and guide business and technical team for a timely resolution for production issues
- Supporting the establishment and management of the subsidiaries IT budgets and monitoring the execution of projects within the allocated budget scope (Planning for additional budget allocation when necessary)
- Contracting and negotiating with IT-related vendors and maintaining optimal costs within the budget by negotiating pricing and service levels
- Lead, motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Identifies, implements, and shares technical solutions that can be used across the organization
- Ability to write technical/business requirements that developers can understand
- Experience with all phases of business application development lifecycle
- Ability to write SQL queries to validate data in the GLOVIS legacy systems
- Must be able to perform API functional testing independently using SOAP UI or similar tools
- Solid knowledge of RESTful API architecture (specs, structure), and 3 tier IT environments
- Communicates in a manner that is clear, concise, timely and understood by GLOVIS subsidiaries and subsidiaries’ executives

- Experience working on project management software like ERP/WMS systems and mobile devices (Apple, Android)

- Proficient in architectural diagrams using UML, MS Visio or similar tools
- Conduct platform & cloud services sourcing based on the requirements of and in alignment with the strategic interest area of Glovis like WMS, TMS, MES, MS365, etc
- Analytical skills and experience in writing SQL queries using tools like Power BI, Microsoft Access, and Tableau
- Delivery new valuable content for existing business and end-user experience (New processes based on new tech, best practices IT trend, case study for proof of concept)
- Provide leadership for planning and tracking all IT project issue and schedules, establishing milestones and assigning AHQ management direction, identifying dependencies, execute, evaluate annual project reporting
- Align strategies with the overarching IT strategies and advancing technology solutions to support business growth & opportunities
- Propose and plan projects to explore new business model and technical competencies relative to GLOVIS current core technology and business practices
- Reporting for upper management concerning all IT project, improvement

- Survey and find the best solution for new business proposal, including but not exclusively for Vehicle Logistics, Port Processing, Consolidation Centers, and Sales functions:
- Collaborate with key partners across multiple functions within AHQ to determine opportunity areas in which emerging digital services and/or tools can support the function
- Provide support for SCM logistics businesses and new businesses for all subsidiaries and departments of AHQ Developer experience – exposed to JAVA, API, C#, Oracle DB
