Your Mission
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with leaders and key players across the organization to enhance operational excellence at Sonance. Your leadership and Lean Six Sigma expertise will empower teams, streamline processes, and foster a culture of
continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on goal deployment to align organizational objectives and drive measurable results through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to design and execute operational excellence strategies.
• Coordinate and spearhead the deployment of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) across the organization as part of Sonance’s strategic goal deployment process, ensuring alignment and accountability at all levels.
• Champion cross-functional teams through complex, high-impact improvement projects.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Process Excellence
• Implement and sustain Lean Six Sigma-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and maintain standard work processes and documentation.
• Partner with Finance to track, quantify, and report project savings.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency.
Team Development
• Train and mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Guide leaders and teams in the development and achievement of OKRs.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for impactful improvement projects.
• Build internal capabilities for ongoing operational excellence.

Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; a master’s degree or certification in
Continuous Improvement or Strategic Goal Deployment is highly preferred.
Experience
• 5 years of proven success in continuous improvement roles.
• Extensive expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Demonstrated success in managing and executing large-scale improvement projects.
Technical Skills
• Advanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Proficiency in process improvement software and data analysis.
• Experience with OKR methodologies and strategic deployment frameworks.
Operational Skills
• Strong project management and team facilitation abilities.
• Financial acumen for quantifying project benefits.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
