Job Description: -
- Looking for someone with IT consulting and professional services selling experience in this region for at least 10-14 years working with ISV or High-tech market segment.
- Demonstrated track record of selling and managing large IT account contracts from identifying new opportunities, prospecting to closing business.
- This will be a pure farmer position where the Account manager will hold a dual responsibility of managing exist account on revenue and delivery.
- Consistent demonstration of year-on-year record of account growth.
- The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, ability to articulate technology solutions with CXO.
- Experience on Project Management/Delivery is a must.
- Should be willing to work with customers and own the accounts - which includes Revenue and Delivery Management.
- Ability to connect, socialise and create relationships with influential business decision makers within accounts in the region
- Must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunities in the field of IT digital solutions
- Presenting and articulating technology concepts of cloud (AWS, Azure) technologies, application languages, development methodologies (scrum, agile) and other aspects for the execution of a project.
- IT solution and services experience and worked offshore development.
Other Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand company differentiation and sell against the competition
- Maintain accurate forecasting in our CRM, and ensure that your opportunity pipeline is always up to date
- Ability to drive and manage conversations on technology and solutions with decision makers in the account (RFP, RFI, solution)
- Attend regular Sales/AM meetings and be fully prepared to discuss the pipeline
- Meet quarterly and annual AM quotas defined.
Skills:
- Excellent Excel, MS Outlook, PPT, Word. Hands on experience in PPT must-have to change, modify proposals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and follow up skills.
- Understanding of IT software delivery and offshore model required.
- Excellent problem-solving and escalation resolution skills.
- Ability to meet timelines and quarterly goals.
