Summary
The Customer Service and Performance Management Administrator will play a key role in supporting the performance management and reporting for new customers. This position will oversee the development of reporting tools and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for all brands. The Administrator will collaborate closely with the Wholesale Planning team and Operations to ensure accurate performance tracking and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation Range
$68,000- $74,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new reporting systems to support the performance management of customers
- Define and track wholesale KPIs ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational priorities
- Monitor KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to ensure achievement of set objectives and targets
- Collaborate with the Wholesale Planning team to understand how updates to wholesale and operational strategies impact performance and KPIs
- Work closely with Operations to ensure that performance metrics are accurately tracked, and progress against KPIs is consistently updated
- Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI monitoring and analysis to help guide operational decisions
- Communicate performance progress and insights to internal teams, including the Wholesale Planning team and Operations
- Assist in preparing and delivering performance-related reports for internal executives and external customers
- Ensure timely and clear communication with stakeholders regarding KPI progress, challenges, and adjustments
- Support the Senior Manager in preparing comprehensive performance reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance for various stakeholders
- Assist in presenting performance data to internal teams, executives, and external customers, ensuring all reports meet the needs of the audience
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks to meeting KPIs
- Recommend process or system improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of performance management reporting
- Supervise and guide team members in performance management tasks, ensuring high-quality reporting and KPI tracking
- Provide support for training and development related to customer service, performance tracking, and reporting processes
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex performance data to both internal and external audiences Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in defining and monitoring KPIs Required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Required
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead performance management initiatives Required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Three (3) - Five (5) years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Performance Management Required
- Four (4) - Seven (7) years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Performance Management Preferred
