Summary
The Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis position prepares and oversees the financial analysis to support decision-making processes, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeline in financial reporting and analysis. The role involves providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the team achieves its objectives.
Compensation
$101,000 - $113,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
Responsibilities
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting
- Conduct monthly closing of revenue and cost and reconcile the variances between the forecasting verse results
- Analyze financial statement results and identify areas for improvement or investigation
- Ensure improved profitability by conducting thorough cost analysis considering location, customer, and vendor factors, and present a comprehensive strategic plan
- Monitor, review, and report on trends and patterns of performance for each Business segments
- Provide in-depth analysis such as VPC Service line profitability and cost analysis per business segment, identifying areas of opportunity and risk, and providing recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Budget review, control, and analysis
- Participate and contribute to the development of the organization's annual budget, including establish budget targets for revenue, cost, SG&As, and other financial metrics
- Collaborate with teams and departments to develop comprehensive annual budgets that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
- Monitor actual financial performance against the budget. Manage team to track variances and analyze the reasons behind deviations from the budget, and provide regular updates to management on budget performance
- Provide guidance and support to teams and departments on budget-related matters, offering strategic insights into resource allocation, expenditure prioritization, and financial decision-making
- System enhancement and team management support
- Manage KPI and core projects
- Assign tasks within a team to accomplish by due date
- Document policies, procedures, and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility
- Provide trouble shooting and training as necessary
- Create various analysis template and dashboard by using visualization tools
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong Finance/Accounting Knowledge & Background Required
- Proficient PC skills: MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Required
- Proficient PC skills: SAP, Power BI, or other visualization tools Required
- Problem solving and communication skills Required
- High level of interpersonal skills Required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 7-10 Years of experience in Finance or Accounting Required
- 11-13 Years of experience in Finance or Accounting Preferred
- CPA License Preferred
