Summary

The Senior Manager position will be responsible for overseeing the development of new businesses and managing warehouse operations, including distribution services. The position will be managing the sales expansion and facilitate correct service delivery. 

Compensation 

$110,000 - $125,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for logistics and supply chain management services
  • Development of new account in variety of logistics fields
  • Oversee and manage the overall team's KPI's by establishing team objectives
  • Ensure the accounting balances are consistently accurate and current
  • Track and maintain productivity, accuracy, and performance from employees
  • Track and analyze cost of business and warehouse operations
  • Continuously seek improvements to operations and sales
  • Identify and implement strategies to execute improvements to operations and sales
  • Ensure the department and vendors are in compliance with laws, regulations and quality requirements
• Negotiate sales and purchasing rates with suppliers, manufacturers, and carriers
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Report market analysis and sales proposal to company’s leadership, and develop new business 
• Support upper management's special tasks
  • Collaborate with internal department for strategical project
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint) Required 
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management, and demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff Preferred
• Knowledge of WMS, TMS, GM SupplyPower, FCA eSupplierConnect, GM CCA, MOPAR, and IATF 16949 Preferred
• Problem solving skills, organizational skills, ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Preferred
• Having strong communication skills to manage the internal department and external customers Preferred
• Bilingual in Korean Preferred

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 8 - 12 Years of Experience in Logistics Required
• 10 - 15 Years of Experience in Logistics, SCM, W&D, Automotive Preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
• Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
• Possibility of domestic travel - 30%
• Lift up to 20lbs
• Carry up to 20lbs
• Stand/walk
