ABOUT VICTORY LIVE
Victory Live is a private equity backed technology company aimed at maximizing distribution and yield for live event ticket inventory. We provide an end-to-end software platform for the live ticketing industry, managing thousands of sports, theater and live music event tickets on behalf of artists, promotors, teams, venues and professional resellers. Victory Live’s comprehensive offerings include an established B2B marketplace along with both a full-service and an automated SaaS platform to handle all elements of the ticket sales lifecycle, from ingestion to sales fulfillment.
THE POSITION
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive strategic growth, execute go-to-market strategies, and manage the sales process. This role involves identifying, targeting, and securing partnerships with key distribution channels both within and beyond the ticketing industry. You will also expand partnerships with global ticket marketplaces, travel and experience brands, and retail, loyalty, and rewards businesses.
Your mission will be to create value for clients by guiding them in integrating our distribution solutions (B2B and D2C) into their services. This high-impact role demands strategic thinking, relationship-building expertise, and a deep understanding of sales and commercial partnerships.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement effective sales strategies for each distribution channel, ensuring the growth of our business in these sectors. Drive revenue by negotiating and closing B2B deals for the supply of live event tickets to businesses within the travel, retail, loyalty, and hospitality sectors. Ensure for a smooth handoff to onboarding and partnerships teams in order to optimize and grow clients.
- Product Knowledge & Education: Be a subject matter expert on our solutions, ensuring partners understand how our offerings can enhance their services.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Reporting & KPIs: Track sales performance and provide regular reports on progress towards goals, including lead generation, sales conversions, and revenue growth.
