Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) - French
Reports to: Call Center Supervisor
Department: Contact Center
Availability: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Location: Remote, must be in the USA
Pay: $14 p/h W2, with full benefits
Summary:
This position is responsible for handling a variety of our top accounts including handling inbound calls, outbound calls, email interactions, chat interactions and social media management. All CSR’s will be responsible for maintaining performance metrics associated with their designated assignments. Must be fully bilingual in French and English.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (REQUIRED)
- 5 Years’ Customer Service Experience (REQUIRED)
- 2 Years’ Call Center Experience (PREFERRED)
- Outbound Sales Experience (REQUIRED)
- Lead Generation Experience (PREFERRED)
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service in Spanish and English
- Laptop or desktop (No tablet / No Chrome Books or No iPads)
- Mouse / phone (landline preferred) / High Speed Internet (60 mgps or higher)
- Quiet work area
- All times are in EST
