About the Role
We’re currently hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our on-the-ground team in Orlando.
This is a face-to-face role focused on interacting with potential customers, presenting products and services, and helping create a positive brand experience.
While this is a customer service position, it’s also sales-focused, with a strong emphasis on communication, relationship building, and driving results. You’ll be the face of the brand, meeting customers in person, answering questions, and guiding them through their buying decisions.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact between the brand and potential customers, creating a warm and engaging first impression
- Introduce and explain products or services in a clear and approachable way, tailored to each customer’s needs
- Build real, face-to-face connections with the public at live events, retail setups, and promotional locations across Orlando
- Ask the right questions and listen closely to understand what customers are looking for—and help match them with the right solutions
- Take initiative in driving interest, generating leads, and guiding customers toward sign-ups or purchases
- Maintain a professional and polished presence while representing our client brands
- Offer support and information post-sale to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Collaborate with team members during campaign setup, execution, and wrap-up to keep things running smoothly
