Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or team members.
Respond to customer inquiries in person, via phone, and email in a timely and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments and consultations for design staff.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide information about our products and services to potential customers.
Support the sales and design team with client communications and coordination.
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.91 - $22.28 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
