We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently and with care.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information regarding our services and products
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all client interactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications
