Responsibilities
About the role:
Facilitate and direct the development and sustainment of change management and organizational readiness strategies, plans and activities that drive organizational transformation, maximize employee adoption, and minimize risk and resistance. Lead various tasks by creating and implementing org-wide performance and strategies, structured change management methodologies and organizational readiness strategies that focus on the technology and people side of change.
What you will be doing:
- Support internal change capability by providing change management training and tools
- Assist with the design and support a community of change agents
- Assess and build awareness of the need for change to drive adoption and reduce resistance
- Identify and propose solutions to anticipated resistance
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Facilitate continuous improvement through the evaluation of strategic key performance indicators
- Plan for and lead large scale organization-wide change efforts
- Assist in performance management, talent review and succession identification initiatives, aligning all solutions to the goals, vision, and culture of the organization
- Provide expertise in design, development and delivery (as needed) of organizational initiatives to various change agents
- Play a key role in identifying and leading organizational change management initiatives
- Partner in other projects specific to IT Organizational Change Management and Workforce Transformation as needed
- Responsible for effectively measuring, monitoring, analyzing and enhancing change management solutions

- Experience with business case preparation and cost benefit analysis
- Proficiency with 365 Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and Visio) and Microsoft SharePoint
- Understanding of business processes with an ability to identify and analyze organizational needs and gaps
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2-4 years in Change Management or related field, developing technical communications for global audiences, or Knowledge Management experience required
- 2-4 years Experience in IT, org readiness, change management, internal consulting and experience leading change within complex organizations preferred
