Talent Advisor - Sourcing and Attraction is responsible for partnering with Talent Advisors, Hiring Leaders, and HR partners to execute a hiring strategy by sourcing and screening top talent in target markets. You will work directly with the Recruiting leadership team based in United States, LATAM and Europe to understand the organization's immediate and future talent needs. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to deliver against key hiring goals by finding niche talent to support our top talent needs.
This is a Contract role with a flexible hybrid work environment (onsite 2 days a week/3 days remote) at our Fort Worth, TX office.
Responsibilities
About the role:
- Participate in the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing strategies and conduct candidate sourcing for assigned roles in functional area by leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent
- Proactively search for, identify, network with and directly contact active and passive job seekers, both internally and externally, for vacancies Sourcing the best candidates using a variety of channels that are aligned to and effectively communicate
- Meet defined Talent Acquisition metrics for quality, cost, cycle time, diversity, and compliance/risk all while providing a world class recruitment experience for candidates and business partners throughout the hiring process
- A subject matter expert on developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including online databases, social media, industry events and referrals
- Deliver market data/intelligence for recruitment that reflect the availability of talent in key markets and/or linked to specific targeted candidate profiles
- Develop and utilize innovative sourcing techniques to develop diverse pools of talent to meet weekly/monthly hiring goals
- A creative growth mindset that utilizes advanced search techniques and tools to identify potential candidates and maintain an up-to-date and organized candidate database
- Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors and hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and position requirements to develop effective sourcing strategies
- Screen candidates for interest, branding of company and role and assessing basic qualifications
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of various sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

Qualifications

- Experience deploying, administering, and interpreting various assessment tools
- Expert in utilizing various sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms, such as LinkedIn, ATS systems, Boolean search, etc
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting process, talent sourcing, compliance, technology, and metrics and how they drive performance
- Driven, self-starter with the ability to work with agility and adaptability and strive for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and team members
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of delivering results through defined KPI, SLA and hiring metrics
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Business/in related field or equivalent work experience Human Resources preferred
- 2-4 years full life cycle recruiting experience required
- Minimum 1 year Sourcing experience
