Responsibilities
About the Role :
The Strategic Partner - Talent Acquisition is responsible for planning and managing the execution of global sourcing initiatives to drive 2000 hires across GM Financial. You will work directly with the Recruiting leadership team based in the United States, LATAM, and Europe to understand the organization's immediate and future talent needs. You will collaborate, inspire, and motivate a team of recruiters to deliver against key hiring goals by finding niche talent to support our top talent needs.
JOB DUTIES
- Subject matter expert on developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including online databases, social media, industry events and referrals.
- A creative growth mindset that utilizes advanced search techniques and tools to identify potential candidates and maintain an up-to-date and organized candidate database.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors and hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and position requirements to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates for interest, branding of company and role, and assessing basic qualifications.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of various sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
