Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries related to the servicing of consumer auto loan and lease accounts.
- Actively listen to our customers and offer solutions to resolve customer account inquiries while providing a remarkable experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strive to outperform expectations, demonstrate a positive and fun attitude, and be a team player.
- Ensure actions follow company policies and laws.
- Maximize productive time by demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities.

- Competitive Salary of $20/hour plus quarterly bonus incentive
- Schedule: Training 4 weeks Monday to Friday 8am -5pm. Normal schedule 9am - 6pm Monday -Friday

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 0- 2 years of working with customers in a service-minded environment
Salary
The starting pay for this role is: USD $20.00/BiWk. At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.Salary : $20
