We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Mayfield location. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and budgeting.
- Recruit, interview, and train new staff members to build a strong team.
- Implement effective sales management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Manage store budgets and financial reports to track performance against goals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or grocery store operations is preferred.
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and supervising employees in a retail setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
