Job Title: Store Manager - Cricket Wireless (Base Salary Commission/Bonus Potential)
Overview:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team at our Cricket Wireless store! As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales of our affordable, no-contract wireless solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a passion for coaching and developing teams, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a commission-based sales environment. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing store profitability and building customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and Motivate the Team: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates to achieve and exceed sales goals.
* Drive Sales and Achieve Targets: Implement strategies to maximize store sales, meet and exceed sales targets, and drive commission/bonus earnings for the team and yourself.
* Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: Set the standard for outstanding customer service, resolving customer issues, and fostering a customer-centric environment.
* Manage Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
* Product Knowledge Expert: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of Cricket Wireless plans, devices, promotions, and policies, and ensure the team is equally knowledgeable.
* Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
* Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and that merchandise is displayed effectively to drive sales.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and prepare and submit accurate sales and operational reports.
* Community Engagement: Build relationships within the local community to drive store traffic and brand awareness.
Requirements:
* Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry.
* Sales Management Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team to achieve targets.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and upper management.
* Customer Service Excellence: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
* Operational Management: Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
* POS and Inventory Systems: Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
* Results-Oriented: A proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving profitability.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
* Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Technology Interest: A strong interest in cellular technology and wireless services.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
