Enterprise Sales is a critical role within GMI, responsible for selling GMI managed services and products to large businesses. The primary goal of an Enterprise Sales professional is to build relationships with key decision makers and close large, complex deals.

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large enterprises.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and influencers at target accounts.
- Developing and executing account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including product and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiating and closing complex deals with a focus on meeting and exceeding quotas
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and pipeline.
- Introduce new products, benefits and features to customers and prospects.
- Identify and respond to RFI, RFP and RFQ opportunities along with inside sales team.
- Participate in training, the sales and GMI teams.
- Define ways to handle product gaps, stay current on competitive alternatives.
- Obtain and maintain vendor certifications as required.
- Design and deliver customer presentations.
- Associate with meaningful networking communities, user groups, industry groups, etc.
- College degree is highly desired, or equivalent experience required.
- 5 years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting exceeding quotas
- Experience driving solutions-oriented sales within the information Technology industry is preferred. Product experience with datacenter infrastructure, cloud solutions and IT operations software is a plus.
- Strong selling and sales aptitude.
- Able to prioritize and self-manage work, multi-tasking in a high paced environment.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and follow up on commitments, detail oriented.
- Strong and effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Flexible, accurate and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good team leadership ability.
- Ability to learn, attain and demonstrate vendor certification competency.
