Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage new business within the region; build relationships with key decision makers
- Identify and build relationships with C level and other security decision makers at enterprises; convey the Lumifi MDR value proposition to prospective customers
- Hunter role within mid-market and enterprise accounts; cold calling, leveraging existing relationships, marketing campaigns and demand generation activities
- Manage the entire customer engagement cycle including account strategy, sales cycle, POC process, and contract negotiations
- Work with strategic partners to identify solutions to customer pain points that deliver MDR services for customer
- Manage opportunities within Salesforce; leverage the CRM for weekly forecasting and account/opportunity accuracy
- Partner with other teams such as Marketing and Customer Success to identify and close new business to drive revenue growth
- Provide both oral and written presentations to prospective customers outlining the MDR service
- Negotiate and close all contracts presented to prospective customers.
- Perform all other duties and projects as assigned
Knowledge:
- Knowledge cyber security managed services; SIEM Solutions; proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), and internet.
- Must have good customer service skills and be able to apply tact, diplomacy, reason and logic; strong communication skills to assist internal and external customers; skills in business math, interpersonal relations, judgment, and listening.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret cyber security periodicals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers; creatively solve complex business issues for customers
- 5 years selling security and MSS type solutions into Mid-Market / Enterprise Accounts
- Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent experience with a concentration in management, marketing and sales and five (5) years industry experience
- Verifiable track record of exceeding sales quota goals and generating leads to mid-market and other enterprises
- Strong established relationships in territory
- CRM experience, strong MS Office Skills, with advanced presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and strong group presentation skills
- Understanding of a 2-tier channel sales model, preferred
- Having an organized and efficient manner in getting work done
- Highly motivated, organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel to client/customer sights and to attend events and conferences as needed
- Must have valid drivers license issued by the state in which you reside and proper automobile registration
