Our capabilities include laser cutting, fabricating, stamping, forming, deep drawing, welding and metal finishing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The qualified individual to join our team will be involved in but not limited to:
- Analyzing test results and communicated with engineers to assist in problem resolution.
- Follow all safety policy and PPE requirements.
- Operate continuous process equipment for manufacturing.
- Measure and monitor all process conditions to ensure product quality.
- Operating and maintaining equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in metal stamping/fabrication.
- Building and maintaining fixtures as required
- Must be able to read blueprints and follow instructions for building fixtures, routing plumbing and electrical components.
- Knowledge of precision measuring equipment a plus, CMM, Romer,CAD software.
- General knowledge of Windows PC environment.
- Demonstrated initiative to complete job assignments.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality - detailed inspections.
- Ability to follow operating instructions and safety procedures.
- A basic understanding of common Quality Systems and problem-solving tools.
- Computer and data entry skills required. Microsoft Outlook knowledge required.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, grasp and reach frequently.
- Must be able to perform well under deadline constraints and meet quality standards.
- Must be meticulous and have excellent, quality driven work habits.
- Willingness to work overtime, rotating shifts, and if needed, holidays and weekends.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Desired Education
- Pursuing or have obtained an Engineering degree from an accredited college or university.
